An Introduction to Yang’s Spontaneous Exercise

This is a very simple and convenient, yet effective and beneficial exercise.
Within a minute, you’ll obtain the power to exercise spontaneously.
In just a couple of minutes, you’ll feel the energy surging in you.
Your body will be enlivened and mind enlightened.

       

       Humans are also animals. The word “animal” in Chinese means “mobile organism, or entity which must move.” If we do not move, we atrophy, sicken and die. Therefore, modern sedentary people must deliberately exercise, so as to achieve an animated movement and life.

        Spontaneous Exercise is often called Spontaneous Chikung. It is assumed as a short cut to high level chikung or energy practice. The movement of an ordinary exercise is mainly directed by conscious mind and human will. These cannot exactly know which body parts need exercise, what kind, and how much they need it. Therefore, many ordinary exercises are not what we really need. They might waste our energy and hurt our body by overworking with it.

        The movement of spontaneous exercise is mainly directed by subconscious mind and our body’s needs. These know which parts, what kind and how much they need. So this exercise will never waste our energy or harm our body. It'll only maximize the energy and vitalize the body.

        There are many kinds of spontaneous exercises. Some of them need time and practice to learn. Some of them have more possibility to induce involuntary movement. Yung’s spontaneous exercise needs only a brief initiation. Within a minute, you will obtain the power to exercise properly and spontaneously.  And you will retain this power permanently.

        At first, you need a little space to practice the exercise, and you tend to practice it actively or dynamically. As the time goes on, the exercise may turn from external into internal; then, you can practice it while you are sitting, lying, or standing; at any time, at any place.  You can exercise gently even statically. In just a couple of minutes, you will feel the energy surging in you. Your body will be much enlivened, mind enlightened. It is a very efficient and convenient exercise for modern busy and inactive people to increase energy, vitality and work efficiency.

        Spontaneous Exercise can, not only improve your health, and help you produce wealth, it can also beautify your face, rectify your figure, refine your character and purify your spirit. It can make you a healthier and lovelier person, enables you to enjoy a happier and longer life.

        Characterized with efficiency and wholeness, spontaneous exercise alone is good enough for one’s health and fitness. If you are engaging in other exercises, this can serve as a warm-up, cool-down, or supplementary practice to enhance the benefit of other exercises.  You shouldn’t hesitate to acquire it and enjoy it.

        Although with high efficiency and attainment, Spontaneous Exercise is not recommended for people with a history or indication of mental disorder. Without a competent teaeher's supervision. It might revive or induce the disorder if practiced improperly. However the chance is slim, it is better safe than sorry. Consider this, and consult your doctor before learning it.

This exercise, at present, must be teaching face to face, one by one, or one to a group.
I’ll ignite you with a spark and give you a push, to start your bodily engine. Immediately you can exercise spontaneously. Once you get this starting power, you can keep it all life. Whenever you feel like to exercise, you can do it yourself.

Please do not be afraid. There is no spark and ignition at all. That’s only an analogy. Actually I’ll send a kind of chi into your body.  This kind of chi can work like some stimulators or catalyzers to induce some chemical and physical reactions in your body. These reactions can produce the power to initiate you to exercise spontaneously.

There are other teachers teaching this kind exercise in China and other parts of the world. Some need some long lessons, play some flourish and collect some lots of tuitions. I’ll teach you with only a few minutes and collect nothing, absolutely nothing.
