Process Three

Benefaction and Attainment

All human beings live on this small earth have a close relation. Although we belong to different races, countries, societies, communities; we are really an organic body, a single unity. When other peoples are sick, we may feel sore. When other people are hungry, we cannot be really happy. That's why we must do beneficial work; thus we may build a better world.

One of the best beneficial works is to teach people living wisely, righteously, creatively, and gratefully; to increase human health and happiness; to eradicate human war and wickedness; so as, we can create an easeful, peaceful, beautiful and blissful earthly paradise. This is Chi Tao’s principal purpose.

When you can be a sower and giver, then you may be a reaper and receiver. Selfishness hinders success, benefits return to benefactors. Give contributions to humanitarian works; get rewards from heaven and earth. Help people to be healthy and happy, health and happiness rise and return. As a Chi Tao practitioner and promoter, you will be wealthy as a billionaire and healthy as a cheerleader.

So, every time after you meditate Relaxation and Enlivenment, Purification and Enlightenment, you meditate about Benefaction and Attainment. No matter how much ability you have, think about how to help others. At your convenience, donate a bit or a portion of your effort or benefit to humanitarian cause; then you will obtain a corresponding feedback from outside, reach a higher attainment on all aspects of your life.

Although giver may not care for gain, that’s a natural thing: Giving is a double-sided blessing. Giver will be an ever and all-gifted being.

This principle of Universal Chi Tao is one of the most precious and benificial  principle for human happiness.  This practice of Universal Chi Kung is one of the most simple and effective practices for human health.

Be moral and merciful, have faith and perseverance. By abiding  Chi Tao's law  and practicing Chi Tao's kung, you sure will achieve a fantastic success, eventually attain a super sphere of life.

Now, I'd like to introduce the lying position for this practice. All the practices can be performed with this position while you are lying on bed or in bed.

Lying on your back with head on a low pillow. Comfortably bend you legs, with feet apart, knees touching each other. Put one hand over your navel, one hand over the pit of stomach. Or put both hands overlaping over the navel. (depending on which pattern you feel more comfortable.) Curl up the tongue. Raise a bit of the chin. Slowly and lightly close your eyes. Naturally breathe and start the process.

If you have some physical or mental illness or soreness, you can adopt this position (or any position) to cure them by practicing the following process:

First, you practice both the process of Relaxation and Enlivenment, Purification and Enlightenment.

Afterward, you mentally recite an additional mantra of: "Fill me" while you draw the chi in, then vaguely think "Heal me" while you breathe out,  at the same time, vaguely think of your ailing part or symptom.

Repeat the mantra faithfully and frequently. By the unified mighty power of Heavenly Spirit and Universal Energy,  unifying and harmonizing with your own internal spirit and energy, gradually your soreness or illness will be surely cured -- completely disappear.

If you want to improve the efficiency of your practice, you had better add a little exercise. One of the most simple and beneficial yet harmless exercise is the Universal Chi Kung Exercise or Universal Chi Kung’s Spontaneous Exercise. Please click at the links to learn them and practice them.

If you want to get a wider knowledge, make a deeper exploration, achieve a higher attainment; please read other literatures of this website and continue to study Chi Kung’s second and third course, they will be published here later.

May Heaven enliven you, Buddha enlighten you, God or Allah bless you.

Together: vigor and wisdom to you, ease and peace to you, beauty and bliss to you.
